Forgive Me FatClub Readers…

…for I have been a lazy bint and have not been keeping you up to date!

Last week I lost 1/2lb taking me up to a grand loss total of…. 1 stone off!

And it all went downhill from there! I felt fab last week, invinsible, clearly I was the slimmer of the century?! Apparently not! Getting complacent hasn’t done me any favours and this week, and although I’ve stayed the same, it could have been much worse in truth. Today was the first time since starting I’ve not actually come out with a loss, and I’m irked by it because there was no reason this week not to lose, half term is over, I haven’t been out for any meals… I’ve just been lazy!

From now on, back to it properly, and I am counting myself very lucky I didn’t gain. I am back to tracking (everything) – making sure it is all written down, shopping more sensibly, will make sure the fruit bowl is continually topped up, and hopefully next week I’ll get that good loss that will get me back on track. Right now I am at 13st, I’m itching to to be able to say 12st something (anything will do at this point, just can’t remember being 12st since before I got pregnant with Kieran!).

So, organised head back on, tracking resumed, kick up the arse administered… here’s to a good week.

For any of you fellow WW Fatclubbers out there – if you have any new recipes (well they’ll be new to me), recommended products, anything – please comment. Could do with some inspiration!

Fab Bakin’ Boys Birthday Treat!

Fabulous Bakin’ Boys recently launched their Fabulously Fruity Birthday Treat so that parents/grandparents of children aged 5 – 11 can nominate their child to win Fruit ‘n Oat slices for their whole class on their birthday.

I was a stranger to Fab Bakin’ Boys until recently we were sent a selection of these Fruit ‘n Oat slices to review. I was most impressed; these slices are moist yet firm enough to provide a satisfying snack, and have a layer of fruit which counts as one of your 5-a-day (talk about having your cake and eating it!!). Ideal in packed lunches or with a cuppa!

One winner will be selected per week at random to win the prize and entering is quick and easy, just fill out this simple form!

Don’t delay, get your child’s entry in today, (entries must be made at least three weeks before the birthday date)- it certainly won’t hurt in the class popularity stakes!
