Slimming World Progress #1

I weighed in on Monday after my first week back on the plan and nearly fell over to find that I had lost 6lb. Thrilled wasn’t the word. Clearly red days are most suited to where I am right now and so I’m working on a 5 red day and 2 Green day ration (I like to mix it up a bit!).

Monday is weigh-in again and I’d love a pound off to give me my half stone award in two weeks but we’ll see.

So far – pretty good and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being back on plan. Here are a selection of meals I’ve enjoyed over the past ten days for anyone looking for a little inspiration.

      The best bit is the whole family eats the same meals so I’ve saving money on hat and everyone is enjoying my concoctions. They may have a bit of extra sauces here or cheese there but otherwise one dish suits all.

    1. I’ve never managed that in a week so had to do a double take. The most I’ve ever lost in one was 3/5lb I believe!
      Thanks for the comment on my meals. I’m rubbish at writing down what I eat however I find if I snap them I 1) keep the portions as they should be and 2) it keeps me honest!
