Another success – seriously, just called me Delia!
This is a ridiculously cheap and easy meal using the Worldfoods Chinese Ginger Garlic Dipping/Stir-fry sauce. My version is very “dumbed down” and perfect for the kids, you can see the grown up version from Worldfoods here. This is a perfect example of how you can have a filling, healthy and authentic tasting meal very easily, often using just what you have in!
Ingredients
- Frozen Cod
- Worldfoods Chinese Ginger Garlic Dipping/Stir-fry sauce
- Coriander
1. Bake the frozen cod in the oven as per packet instructions. When cooked through add to a large pan with the Worldfoods sauce and simmer gently.
2. Add chopped coriander to taste and continue to simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
3. Serve with rice an stir-fry veg
