My thoughts.
When I was asked by Nikki Pepper of Nikki’s Eco Products (see below for contact info) to accept a sample pot of this cream to test and review and I jumped at the chance. I have contact dermatitis on my hands which dates back to my time working in a nursing home, many moons ago, and although I don’t suffer with daily, or even weekly, when I do I am left with sore, cracked and irritated skin. Generally speaking my hands do get very dry, between being a Mum (ie hands constantly in the washing bowl or cleaning mess!) or from my skin problem and I have, until now struggled to find a cream that ticks or my “want” boxes.
1) No steroids – I only ever use any medications, especially steroidal based ones if absolutely necessary.
2) Easily and quickly absorbed, I hate creams that leave your hands feeling greasy afterwards!
3) A decent scent – I’m not overly vain but I don’t like stinking of something metallic, or worse during the course of the day.
4) Economical, I hate waste so this again was ideal as I only had to use a very small amount each time.
5) An Eco-product! I like to use green products where possible, going more for the natural feel than anything else and again, this is product is very natural!
With this product, all the relevant boxes were ticked and I would be happy to recommend this product to others.
Overall rating
